When you visit a page, Web Memory saves the following on your own device only, inside your browser's local storage (IndexedDB):
Nowhere. Web Memory makes no network requests of its own. There is no backend server, no analytics, no crash reporting, and no third-party script embedded in the extension. Everything above is stored locally via IndexedDB and, if you choose it, on disk as image files in a folder you select yourself. Uninstalling the extension or clearing site data removes all of it.
You can list domains — your email or banking site, for example — that Web Memory will never capture, from the extension's settings page. This list is also stored only on your device.
Screenshot capture is off by default. If you enable it, Web Memory can optionally save screenshots to a folder you pick on your own computer, using your browser's file system permission. The extension can only write to that one folder and cannot read or access anything else on your disk.

There is nothing to disclose to or delete on request, since nothing ever leaves your device.
If this ever changes — for example, a future optional sync feature — this page will be updated first, and any such feature will be strictly opt-in.
